Zero Motorcycles, a Scotts Valley, California-based manufacturer of fully electric motorcycles, was facing a challenge in growing a new market: most dealership technicians were experienced with gas engines but unfamiliar with electric cycles. As a result, support staff at Rescue by LogMeIn often had to travel on-site to solve problems, driving up costs and reducing productivity.
To address this, Zero Motorcycles implemented LogMeIn Rescue for remote support, using features like screen sharing, reboot, and the ability to bring in higher-level technicians during calls. The solution quickly proved its value during the trial and helped Zero Motorcycles save tens of thousands of dollars annually in travel and lost productivity, while also reducing support call times and improving dealer and customer satisfaction.
