Het Anker N.V., a five‑generation Belgian brewery selling to more than 40 countries, needed to grow its international FMCG business profitably by improving field data quality and enabling sales reps to better manage accounts, complaints, appointments and assortments on the go. To address this, Het Anker engaged Avento to deploy FMCG365 (Resco Mobile CRM on Microsoft Dynamics 365) as a mobile-first solution for their sales team.

Avento configured FMCG365 with drag‑and‑drop tools and Resco’s mobile app for online/offline use, delivering a company‑wide rollout in under three months. The Avento implementation gave managers real‑time data and reps a simpler interface to capture customer info, resulting in higher data quality and enabling each rep to make on average 1–2 additional customer visits per day; Het Anker is already planning to extend the solution.
