Lottmann Fensterbänke GmbH (helopal), a family-owned manufacturer of cast-marble windowsills with 75 employees and €14m in sales, relied on Microsoft Dynamics AX but sales representatives struggled to access data on the road due to unreliable VPN connections. FWI Information Technology addressed this mobility gap by proposing a mobile CRM solution using Microsoft Dynamics CRM delivered via the Resco Mobile CRM native iOS app for iPad.

FWI Information Technology implemented Resco Mobile CRM integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, providing bidirectional synchronization of customers, contacts, orders and invoices so office and field teams share the same data. The solution lets reps work offline, removed the need to jump between systems, automated reporting, and saved field colleagues approximately two hours of working time per day.
