Stony Valley Contracting, a rock and gravel aggregate company, faced significant challenges with over 20 paper forms used for data collection in remote and harsh field conditions. This inefficient process, exacerbated when a major flood destroyed their paper records, led them to seek a paperless solution. They partnered with vendor Resco to utilize its Inspections & Audits product to digitize their operations.

The solution implemented by Resco involved converting all paper forms into easy-to-use mobile forms. With the help of implementation partner Spence Software, a bridge was built to connect the Resco Cloud to Stony Valley's backend database. This resulted in data processing time being reduced from weeks to minutes, enabling entirely paperless and more efficient mobile inspections with advanced data collection capabilities.
