Moat Housing Association, a South East UK housing provider managing over 20,000 homes, needed a fully integrated mobile solution to replace paper packs and a limited in‑house app that didn’t sync with Microsoft Dynamics. With RedKiteCRM’s support, Resco consolidated Moat’s data, digitized inspections, audits and forms, enabled photo uploads and real‑time syncing to Dynamics, and added repair ordering and case management. The Resco solution cut estate inspection time from 1 day to 3 hours, halved tenancy audit times from 40 to 20 minutes, removed travel back to the office (saving up to an hour/day), reduced admin for raising repairs from 1 hour to 10 minutes, and improved security and traceability.
