Scania AB, a global leader in heavy trucks and buses, needed a mobile CRM for its Central European Region sales teams who work primarily in the field. With diverse role-specific needs and reliance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 data while on the road, Scania selected Resco Mobile CRM (integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365) to provide an easy-to-use, customizable mobile solution.

Resco delivered a configurable mobile app using its Woodford tool so each sales role (truck, bus, service, etc.) gets tailored menus, forms and functionality. The app enables appointment scheduling, map-based planning and navigation, voice-to-text note capture and immediate opportunity creation—resulting in streamlined visit management, faster team collaboration and very positive feedback from Scania’s salesforce, and positioning Resco for broader deployment across Scania.
