Premier Glass Products LLC (PGP), a manufacturer’s representative agency serving the construction industry, needed a mobile CRM to replace paper, business cards and Excel spreadsheets so its largely field-based sales team could access and enter customer data in real time. After consulting their Microsoft Dynamics CRM provider Zero2Ten, PGP selected Resco Mobile CRM (integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015) from vendor Resco to meet that need.

Resco’s Mobile CRM was implemented to sync with PGP’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM, giving reps instant access to customer history and fast in-field data entry. As a result, PGP’s sales team now uses the Resco app about 95% of the time, generates monthly reports from synced data, and the eight-person team estimates saving at least 10–15 hours per week on data entry alone; PGP also cites Resco’s cost-effectiveness and strong customer support.
