R-Pharm Group, a 3,500‑employee pharmaceutical company, needed a unified mobile solution to capture complete client and organization data, schedule and monitor medical‑rep visits, record results, and assess rep performance on the road. They engaged Navicon to deploy Navicon Pharma CRM, built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 with the Resco Mobile CRM client, to provide an industry‑specific, customizable mobile platform for their field force.

Navicon implemented the solution for 300 users, combining Dynamics CRM back‑office, Resco Mobile CRM across iOS/Android/Windows, and integrations with Dynamics AX, Power BI and QlikView to deliver real‑time KPIs and synchronized data. The deployment gave reps offline mobile access and faster customer interactions (information search is now ~50–100% faster), improved managerial visibility and decision speed, and was expanded to R‑Pharm’s Kazakhstan office—demonstrating clear productivity and performance gains under Navicon’s implementation.
