Pavelka – VTP s.r.o., a 20‑person Czech water-engineering and services company, was relying on Word, Excel and even pen-and-paper, which produced messy, incomplete records and missed service scheduling. To modernize, Pavelka engaged CloudForce to deploy Resco Mobile CRM together with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, Office 365 and Microsoft Flow.

CloudForce implemented a cloud solution built around Resco Mobile CRM and Microsoft technologies so field engineers use the Resco app on iPads while all job data syncs to Dynamics/SharePoint and Power BI. The Resco-enabled system eliminated paper forms and spreadsheets, automated service notifications and scheduling, ensured secure automatic document capture after visits, and delivered clear time and resource savings alongside improved planning and happier customers.
