I. Halper Paper & Supplies Inc., a century-old New York/New Jersey restaurant and foodservice supplier, was struggling with an antiquated delivery routing process: their Microsoft Dynamics GP routing add-on allocated invoices but had no visual map or mobile front end, forcing staff to spend more than six hours preparing routes. To address this, implementation partner MIBAR selected Resco Cloud (the Resco app) to work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics GP for interactive, mobile routing.

MIBAR integrated Resco with Dynamics (using Scribe for GP connectivity) to provide a color-coded, interactive map and real-time mobile updates; Resco’s solution lets drivers reorder stops and update routes on the road with changes immediately reflected in the back office. The result: I. Halper cut route planning time from over 6 hours to under 30 minutes (more than 90% time saved), gained real-time data from the field, and enabled cross‑platform mobile access via Resco.
