Metadata Technologies, a Dubai‑based CRM specialist and creator of Property‑xRM on Microsoft Dynamics, faced growing demand from real estate customers to make Dynamics CRM fully mobile and to replace a limited native app that struggled with UI, customization and data synchronization to a 3rd‑party CRM API. Metadata evaluated and chose Resco and its Resco Mobile CRM solution to address these mobility and sync challenges.
Metadata implemented Resco Mobile CRM (integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM) using Resco’s Woodford configurator to deliver offline/online sync, geolocation, built‑in business rules and reduced database duplication. With Resco’s support during a 3–4 month rollout (and ongoing work since April 2016), Metadata’s customers gained real‑time booking and field‑service visibility on iPads, faster customizations, improved data integrity and an immediate, significant rise in overall productivity.
