innogy Solutions s.r.o., a Bratislava-based HVAC technology and services provider, faced fragmented data and paper-heavy workflows: service records, manuals, photos and customer contacts were scattered across a local server, phonebooks and Outlook, making field access and coordination cumbersome. To centralize information and digitize maintenance and repair processes they chose Resco Cloud.
Implementing Resco Cloud (including the Resco mobile app) brought machinery records, service activities and contacts into one cloud system with full offline access, QR-code machine lookup and form autofill. Resco Cloud cut paperwork and administrative overhead, sped up reporting, scheduling and repairs, improved onboarding for the 10-person team, and enabled technicians to work faster and more reliably in the field.
