Love in Action saves time in the field with Resco, reaching 300 students offline

Love in Action, a charity organization in Uganda, faced the challenge of enabling its social workers to enter Salesforce data while working in remote forest areas with poor or no internet connectivity. They needed a mobile solution to reduce time spent in the office and increase time spent in the field helping orphans and vulnerable children. This led them to seek a product from the vendor, Resco.

Resco implemented its Inspections & Audits solution, which allowed field workers to use iPads for offline data entry, with synchronization happening once per day. This eliminated the need for paper notes and office transcription. The solution enabled staff to see more children daily, update records more efficiently, and dedicate more of the organization's budget to its mission instead of expensive technology. Resco provided a system that worked reliably even on older devices and in areas with no connectivity.
