Love in Action dedicates more time & money to orphans and those in need thanks to Resco

Love in Action is a Masaka, Uganda–based nonprofit with about 60 employees that runs a nursery (300+ students), a secondary school (100 students), a clinic and a farm. The organization needed a way for social workers and nurses to capture sponsor and child records in remote areas with poor or no Internet and to reduce time spent transcribing notes back at the office; as existing Salesforce users they turned to Resco (Resco with Salesforce) for a mobile, offline-capable solution.

Resco delivered a configurable offline mobile app (configured via Woodford) that lets field staff and clinic nurses record, view and sync Salesforce data on iPads and PCs — even on older devices. As a result, Love in Action staff now spend more time with children and can see more children per day, synchronize records once per day, avoid costly custom development and extra hardware, and redirect budget and time savings back into programs — outcomes achieved through Resco.
