Southern States Toyotalift, a full-service manufacturer and distributor of forklifts, faced slow, paper-based on-site sales processes that required sales reps to capture photos and notes offline, then manually digitize them later. To address this, they turned to Resco—first deploying Resco Mobile Sales on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and later adopting Resco Inspections to enable reliable offline mobile data capture and digital surveys.

Resco, working with implementation partner Higgins One, integrated Resco Inspections and Resco Mobile Sales with Dynamics to replace pen-and-paper workflows with digital forms and synced photos. The Resco solution cut a 30–60 minute process to about 4 minutes, produced a 45% increase in process efficiency and approximately $350K/month in additional revenue, while standardizing data, lowering costs and accelerating sales velocity.
