Alectris, a global renewable‑energy services and software provider that runs its ACTIS ERP on Microsoft Dynamics 365, struggled to give hundreds of field engineers quick, reliable access to complex equipment manuals and onboarding knowledge while working in remote sites. Using resco.Guides, Alectris embedded 81 guides and 130 manuals/datasheets directly into the mobile app, with most guides taking 1–2 days to create and review. Adoption was immediate: technicians use the guides as their first information source (once or twice weekly, and almost daily during onboarding), senior staff estimate a 25–50% reduction in time spent assisting juniors, and teams now retain critical procedures offline—cutting searches and calls and speeding up onboarding and field repairs.
