HG Technology, a London-based consultancy, helped a client in the construction industry overcome a clunky, paper-based inspection process that was causing lost reports and difficulties providing data to external auditors. To address this challenge, HG Technology implemented the Resco Inspections & Audits solution integrated with the Microsoft suite.

The solution from Resco digitized the entire workflow, enabling inspectors to use mobile devices online or offline. By integrating with Power Automate and Power BI, the system automated data synchronization from SAP and provided interactive dashboards for performance management. This resulted in a more efficient process that saved the client significant time and resources previously spent on manual data entry and lost reports.
