Government agency simplifies work of its consultants with Resco Cloud

SARIO, the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency, needed a simple way to manage and share a broad knowledge and contact database across consultants who work with many different public and private-sector stakeholders. With limited resources and no prior CRM system, the agency turned to Resco and Resco Cloud with the Resco Mobile CRM app for an easy-to-use solution on mobile devices and desktops.

Resco implemented a cloud-based CRM that SARIO could customize in-house using Woodford and the management console, while also branding it as DataTrade. The result was a unified experience across iPhones and Windows desktops, easier day-to-day preparation for client meetings, reduced administrative work, and better visibility into consultant and team activities, with the app becoming a daily “one-stop-shop” for essential information and documents.
