Enterprise Inns plc., Britain’s largest pub company with about 5,000 pubs and 600 employees, needed a better way for its roughly 300 field workers to access Microsoft Dynamics CRM while out in the field. After an unsuccessful custom Android app, Enterprise Inns selected Resco and its Resco Mobile CRM (integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011) to provide a native, mobile-friendly solution on iPhones and iPads.
Resco delivered Resco Mobile CRM with offline capability, tailored forms for property inspections and account management, and quick in-house customization. The solution reduced the number of devices staff carry, improved real-time data capture and scheduling for regional managers (each covering ~50–60 pubs), sped deployment compared with the prior build, and enabled expansion beyond the initial field team to line managers and external partners—bringing measurable gains in usability and operational efficiency across Enterprise Inns’ estate.
