Bayer Crop Science, one of the world’s leading crop science companies, needed a lightweight mobile CRM that could integrate with Oracle Siebel CRM and work offline for sales teams operating in the UK, Mexico, and Latin America. Its challenge was to give field representatives a fast, responsive solution that supported multiple platforms and could be implemented in under four months.

Resco delivered Resco CRM, with two people completing the implementation in less than 100 days, spending most of the time on integration. The rollout was successful and on time, and Bayer Crop Science’s sales reps quickly preferred the app over the desktop version, even retiring remote desktop access altogether.
