Animal Pharmaceutical Company Sales Reps Use Advanced Multimedia Presentations For Enriched Productivity In Sales

Merial Inc., a Sanofi company and global animal-health leader, faced the challenge of equipping several hundred field sales reps with a secure, truly mobile CRM that worked offline, supported rich multimedia presentations and interactive forms, offered GPS/navigation, and was highly customizable across iPads, iPhones and Android devices. To address this, Merial chose Resco and implemented Resco Mobile CRM integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and customized using Resco’s Woodford tool.

Resco deployed Resco Mobile CRM (with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013/2015 and ADFS connectivity), delivering fast offline access, multimedia tracking, Mobile Device Management and extensive customizations. The result: hundreds of field users now use the app exclusively, sales call entry times have been reduced significantly—saving many hours across the sales force—managers gain improved visibility into content usage and device syncs, and Merial achieved a secure, cross‑platform solution with rapid adoption.
