Alectris Services Ltd, a global service and software provider for renewable energy asset management, faced inefficient, time-consuming field reporting: engineers relied on phone and email to communicate work, sync times were long, and extensive desk work pulled technicians away from urgent field tasks. To address this, Alectris selected Resco (Resco Mobile CRM for Dynamics 365) as its mobility provider and implementation partner.
Alectris implemented Resco as the primary coordination and reporting tool—assigning daily work orders, enabling field reporting with photos, real-time location/status tracking, and a customized expense-capture workflow integrated with Dynamics 365. Using Resco, average work order processing fell from ~15 minutes to ~5 minutes, saving about 66,000 minutes (≈1.5 months) over the past year across 6,600+ work orders, while improving centralization, 24/7 access to historical data, dispatch accuracy, and global operational optimization.
