Schaeffler Increases Simulation Output with Unprecedented Speed and Efficiency

Schaeffler, a leader in motion technology, needed to overcome major simulation bottlenecks caused by manual maintenance, limited on-premises scalability, long computing times, fragmented tools, and cost constraints. Working with Rescale, the company moved toward a unified hybrid cloud HPC environment to support its growing simulation demands.

Rescale implemented a standardized simulation platform built on Azure HPC infrastructure and the Rescale SaaS platform, with automation to provision resources on demand. The result was a much faster, more flexible workflow that lets Schaeffler run up to 12,000 simulations in days, reduce licensing costs through shorter compute times, improve security, and speed product development by catching errors earlier.
