Sveaskog, the state‑owned Swedish forestry company that sells timber, pulpwood and biofuel and manages land and nature‑based services, needed a more structured way to handle requirements, testing and error reporting across multiple systems and projects. To gain better oversight and coordinate testers, test managers, requirement managers and suppliers, Sveaskog evaluated and then adopted ReQtest — and since early 2010 some 164 Sveaskog employees have been using ReQtest.

ReQtest was implemented across all modules for requirements management, test planning and execution, and defect tracking, with the organisation deciding to continue after less than the 10‑day trial. The result was clearer, more structured processes and improved visibility of work in progress; ReQtest now supports cross‑team collaboration in Sweden, with strong vendor support, long‑term adoption and measurable uptake by 164 users at Sveaskog.
