Keolis builds a reusable testing framework across 14 depots with ReQtest

Keolis Sweden, a major public transport operator, faced the challenge of replacing its Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system across 14 depots without a structured framework for quality assurance or testing. To ensure a smooth transition and minimize operational disruption, requirements and test manager Jenny Hållbus turned to the vendor ReQtest to implement a dedicated tool for managing requirements and test cases.

By using ReQtest, Keolis established a structured testing process with full traceability from requirements to test cases, which was successfully piloted at a single depot. The solution provided the steering group with continuous visibility into test progress and defects, significantly reduced administrative overhead, and freed up more time for actual testing. The pilot depot went live on schedule without major issues, and the framework built in ReQtest is now reused for faster ramp-up in all new projects at Keolis.
