Leading Distributor of Installation Products Company, a Nordic distributor with over 250 stores, central warehouses and around 6,000 employees, faced fragmented vendor and customer communication, Excel-based requirements management, and no mechanism to track supplier delivery quality or perform reliable regression and acceptance testing.
