Forex Bank, one of the world’s largest foreign exchange bureaus with a turnover of over 40 billion SEK in 2008, faced a testing challenge: there was no test management tool in place, acceptance testers were often inexperienced and geographically distributed across Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway, and alternative tools (such as HP products) proved complex with steep learning curves and network/firewall issues. ReQtest was recommended to address these needs.

ReQtest was implemented in 2010 and provided a browser-based, easy-to-start test management solution that 56 Forex Bank users now rely on across business specialists, test designers and external suppliers. ReQtest enabled quick onboarding of acceptance testers, simplified remote access from anywhere in Scandinavia, encouraged testers to enter requirements directly (improving traceability), and delivered responsive mail support — measurable benefits include 56 active users and demonstrably faster tester productivity and traceability since deployment.
