Roark, a seasonal apparel and lifestyle brand selling curated clothing, luggage and accessories across North America, the EU and Japan, needed a platform to reduce internal workload while supporting tight, seasonally constrained inventory and a mix of core carry-over and new fashion products. They selected the RepSpark platform to replace their prior tools and integrate with their Full Circle ERP to address order-entry accuracy and inventory visibility.
RepSpark implemented a streamlined sales and order-management solution that gives reps real-time inventory visibility, simplified order entry, combined catalogs for fashion and core items, and enhanced reporting (package tracking, historical account reports, P.O.P. and credit status, and shipped‑to‑plan/variance by day). Within a year RepSpark reduced customer-service time by shifting pre-book fulfillment to reps, made reps fully functional for end-to-end order handling, and freed Roark’s sales manager to focus on growth rather than managing order placement.
