Straight Down, a premium golf apparel brand, needed a way to keep driving event business and customer engagement during COVID-19 while also moving to NetSuite ERP. With its previous order entry software limited to basic functionality and its mobile embroidery events constrained by physical trailers, Straight Down turned to RepSpark for a digital wholesale solution, especially Microsites.
RepSpark implemented Microsites alongside API and ERP integration to give Straight Down a branded e-commerce experience for event sales that could run multiple events at once.
