Safe Quality Foods Institute (SQFI) needed a better way to support suppliers using SQFI auditing for GFSI audit requirements. Their recordkeeping process was highly manual, with thick binders, expired documents, and a growing list of required records that made audit readiness difficult.

ReposiTrak provided compliance management support, including SQF audit document sharing and Compliance Management for the supplier’s vendors. With ReposiTrak, the customer could upload and share required records, give auditors easy access to documents, and monitor vendor compliance online. The results included improved audit readiness, stronger vendor compliance even as vendor counts doubled and document requirements increased, and automation that allowed two resources to be reassigned to business-building activities.
