Top-tier Retailer wanted to replace a manual print catalog with a private electronic marketplace that would let store managers order seasonal and locally relevant products, while corporate category management kept tight control over what could be sold. The main challenge was slow, tedious onboarding of each manufacturer, which delayed getting products into stores.

ReposiTrak, using its MarketPlace and EZ Vendor approach, acted as vendor of record so the retailer did not need to onboard every manufacturer individually. ReposiTrak’s team sourced and curated the requested items, added them to the private marketplace, and enabled store-level ordering with corporate guidelines and direct order communication to manufacturers.
