Mister eCommerce, founded by David Grégoire in 2016, helps store owners get more of their inventory online through a mobile product photography workflow and its Snapshop app for eCommerce photos and editing. As the business grew, the company faced a plateau and needed a way to scale customer outreach and operations without the cost and complexity of hiring large photo teams or relying on a patchwork of email tools; Reply was brought in as the email marketing solution.
Reply implemented a better drip-email workflow for Mister eCommerce, replacing much of their former Zapier-heavy process and helping them move away from Pipedrive to Streak. With Reply’s auto-stop-on-reply and reply-rate features, Mister eCommerce improved prospect communication and reduced manual work, using Zapier only minimally for opt-out syncing.
