QRC Technologies, a 27-person cellular technology firm serving government, military and law-enforcement clients, needed to move off paper timesheets as it pursued federal contracts. To meet Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) requirements and the DoD’s paperless mandate, QRC had to provide detailed, auditable electronic time and attendance records.

QRC implemented Replicon Web TimeSheet (Time & Attendance and Project & Billing SaaS), gaining a hosted, easy-to-use timesheet system with one‑click DCAA enforcement (unique logins, supervisor approvals, required comments), flexible project codes, ADP export and same-day reporting. The change cut IT overhead versus on‑premise software, reduced employee ramp-up and administrative effort, and made audits and project reporting fast and straightforward.
