A Replicon Case Study
The Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), a large Brussels-based think tank, was struggling to manage an increasing number of multi-year EU-funded research contracts. Manual timesheets and paper-based leave tracking left the organization without clear visibility into researcher hours, availability or project forecasts, making it difficult to allocate resources, justify spend to funders and maintain audit-ready records.
CEPS implemented Replicon Project Cost and TimeOff to centralize timesheets, capture project hours, streamline leave requests and deliver dynamic reporting. The cloud-based solution improved resource visibility and allocation, enabled real-time forecasting and audit-ready cost reporting, significantly reduced administrative work and allowed CEPS to handle many more complex contracts without adding headcount.
