The Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis (IABA) is a California nonprofit serving over 1,000 clients with more than 600 employees across five offices. Growth exposed a major payroll crunch: timesheets were paper-based, field staff had to deliver or mail them, and the accounting team struggled to process hundreds of forms across 20 departments with different pay rates and funding sources.
