Australian I.t. Firm Makes Compliance Easier While Boosting Productivity

Southern Cross Computing, a Canberra-based IT consulting firm that works largely with Australian federal agencies, won a contract that required exceptionally detailed monthly project-management reports. After determining their existing systems could not meet the reporting and data-collection requirements, they evaluated external timesheet solutions to find a flexible, configurable tool that would satisfy client needs.
