A Replicon Case Study
Atlas Pipeline, a Tulsa‑based midstream natural gas company with about 425 decentralized field employees and more than 1,000 capital projects, struggled to accurately capture time spent on capital work. Employees had to enter time twice—once for payroll (ADP) and once for project costing—couldn't submit time on the go, and spent excessive time on administrative time‑tracking tasks, which led to costly errors and poor visibility into capital labor expenses.
Atlas implemented Replicon TimeCost and TimeAttend as a single, easy‑to‑use solution that handles both payroll and project costing with single sign‑on and mobile access. The change eliminated double entry, reduced the number of systems from six to three, integrated with HR systems, and lowered IT support costs. Results included more accurate capital labor capture, higher productivity and employee satisfaction, immediate ROI, and the ability to absorb roughly 45% employee growth without increasing payroll headcount.
