Using Reonomy’s neighborhood filters, map tools and owner contact details, Shawn was able to canvass blocks, identify a Manhattan property, contact the owner directly and put the deal into contract. Reonomy’s property data (units, rent regulation, dimensions) gave quick underwriting insight, reduced reliance on brokers, and gave Klosed Properties greater control of deal flow and avenues for generating higher volume.
