Cortland Partners, an Atlanta-based apartment owner/operator with more than 25,000 homes, faced a last-minute lease-up challenge at a renovated community in Duluth, Georgia: 20 units were handed over after construction delays and needed to be leased immediately, leaving no time for the usual 60–90 day marketing cycle.
