Flatiron District Prospects Tour in a Timely Manner with Rently

Flatiron District at Austin Ranch, a multifamily community with over 1,500 units, faced the challenge of maintaining occupancy and accommodating high prospect foot traffic in a timely manner, especially during the challenges of 2020. The community needed a flexible solution to ensure all interested prospects could tour units without delays. They turned to the vendor Rently and implemented its Self-Guided Tours for Multifamily platform.

Rently's solution utilized smart lockboxes to show both model and vacant units, ensuring the self-guided tour option was always available. The platform was integrated with the property's existing Yardi and Knock software to manage units and guest cards. This implementation generated significant results: over 960 self-guided tours were completed in 12 months, and the 17 activated Rently units directly contributed to 146 signed leases, an average of 8.6 leases per unit.
