SoBeNY Rentals shows the power in combining their PMS, Hostfully, with Rentals United channel management

SoBeNY is a US-based hospitality company (founded 2017) offering luxury short-term rentals in urban cores, now operating 500 properties across 10 US cities. They needed more consistent channel connections, more direct sales channels from their PMS, and accurate availability — and were using Hostfully as their PMS (with Breezeway for operations). To address this they partnered with Rentals United and implemented the Rentals United Channel Manager to integrate with Hostfully.

Rentals United delivered a seamless channel-management integration with Hostfully that expanded SoBeNY’s reach to 15 websites, enabled detailed rate control before pushing to channels, and stabilized availability syncing. As a result (thanks to Rentals United) SoBeNY increased international guests to 60%, boosted bookings, occupancy and revenue, successfully pivoted to serve traveling healthcare professionals during COVID, and now manages 500 properties across 10 cities with plans to double inventory.
