First National’s holiday arm, Jindabyne Accommodation Centre (based in Jindabyne, NSW, managing 88 properties) faced limited online exposure, manual updates and low occupancy. To broaden distribution and automate operations they implemented Rentals United’s Channel Manager together with the YesBookit PMS to push listings, rates and availability to multiple booking sites.
Using Rentals United (integrated with YesBookit), First National automated syncing of rates, availability and new bookings, onboarded to additional channels like Booking.com and Airbnb, and saw measurable results: an 11% increase in bookings and revenue, higher occupancy rates and a significant boost in marketing exposure.
