Home Select is a Madrid‑based property management company with over 14 years’ experience offering hand‑picked boutique homes across Spain. Facing the need to list many properties accurately across multiple channels, automate operations, and integrate with their custom property management system, Home Select turned to Rentals United, using the Rentals United Channel Manager and an API integration to streamline distribution and updates.

Rentals United implemented its Channel Manager plus an Open API integration to automatically upload properties from Home Select’s site, link them to multiple advertising sites, and sync bookings and cancellations into Home Select’s system. The solution connected 187 properties, automated marketing and operations, lifted booking revenue by 40%, helped raise average yearly occupancy to about 70%, and delivered faster, more reliable channel connections.
