Feriepartner is a Danish chain of 27 independent holiday‑home agencies managing 7,000 seaside properties and expanding into Sweden. Their challenge was to scale distribution and international growth without eroding a strong direct‑booking business and while operating with a small central tech team and complex logistics (80,000 annual cleanings). To address this, Feriepartner partnered with Rentals United to provide channel management and connectivity services to selectively open up OTA channels while protecting direct sales.

Rentals United implemented a controlled multi‑channel distribution solution that synced Feriepartner’s proprietary backend with selected OTAs, enabling complementary bookings and reducing manual distribution work. As a result, Feriepartner preserved its high direct‑booking share (around 83%), supported the rollout of 150 homes in Sweden and ongoing expansion plans, and streamlined operations across 7,000 listings — all while keeping distribution under the chain’s strategic control thanks to Rentals United.
