Matchbox implemented Rent Manager Online in 2008 (live January 1, 2009), starting with basic features and adding modules over time while expanding users from 10 to 21. By integrating Rent Manager with email, VoIP and website hosting, the team improved efficiency, focused more on leasing and property management, supported portfolio growth, and influenced local competitors to adopt the same platform.
