Properties, led by CEO Suzie Pietz in Vancouver, Washington, manages a diverse Class A portfolio of over 550 commercial and residential units valued at about $125 million, including Mission Hills Luxury Apartments and Park Towers Office Campus. After finding a large competitor’s property management system cumbersome for their residential operations, the team needed a more intuitive, integrated solution to maintain high-end tenant service and streamline back-office work.

They switched their residential operations to Rent Manager Online (already used on the commercial side) and quickly adopted features that integrate with their website—most notably ePay and Letter Manager—while staff became proficient in system customization. The result was smoother operations, better tenant-facing functionality, and ongoing expansion into tools like Bird’s Eye View and marketplace integrations, delivering a more organized, user-friendly management platform.
