Royal BAM Group, a European construction firm with around 21,000 employees, wanted to support Microsoft 365 collaboration while keeping it controlled and secure as their cloud environment grew. Rencore implemented Rencore Governance to consolidate service data, deliver dashboards and checks, and automate actions across areas such as license cleanup, OneDrive storage, and security/compliance monitoring. The solution helped Royal BAM recover time for IT, reduce helpdesk tickets, and avoid building custom scripts, with procurement savings alone covering the first annual cost of the tool. Royal BAM estimates the impact at around €80k per year in IT admin time savings, while also reducing collaboration risk and improving control across the business.
