Mixed Use Access Control Worth Celebrating

Brewhalla, a large mixed-use complex in Fargo, North Dakota, faced a significant challenge in managing secure and streamlined access for its 500+ daily visitors, hotel guests, and staff across its hotel, event space, and retail properties. With 83 different lock devices, Operations Manager Hailey Von Wald needed to eliminate the burden of physical keys while ensuring appropriate access for diverse user groups. They turned to RemoteLock for an access control solution to solve this problem.

RemoteLock's platform, integrated with property management software RoomRaccoon, provided a comprehensive solution. It automated hotel check-in with unique access codes for guests and used features like door groups and scheduled access to grant customized permissions for employees, vendors, and contractors. The results included streamlined operations, enhanced security through access tracking, and the remote management of all locks, which saved staff time and provided significant peace of mind. Von Wald remarked that RemoteLock has been a "huge lifesaver" and one of the best parts of the building.
