Greater Lynchburg Transit Company (GLTC), led by General Manager Josh Baker, needed to modernize an historic, low-density system—revising routes, improving frequency, upgrading fare collection and rider experience, and adopting new technology. To support those goals GLTC worked with Remix, using its transit planning tools to inform route redesign and operational planning.

Remix helped GLTC apply data-driven mapping and scenario testing to prioritize service frequency, stop placement, and fare usability improvements, giving the agency clearer planning insight and a practical roadmap for customer-focused changes.
