To support its expanding network of more than 3,000 collection points and growing transaction volumes, Unity Link turned to Remit One and its multi-channel money transfer platform.
Remit One implemented its Money Transfer Engine, Agent Remittance Manager, Online Remittance Manager, and webservice integration to create a scalable end-to-end remittance platform with advanced KYC/AML controls, audit trails, reporting, and partner integrations. As a result, Unity Link improved customer self-service and agent empowerment, strengthened compliance, added services such as bill payment and mobile top-up, and supported continued transaction growth while reducing manual work and costs.
